This system is the property of Performance Contracting Group. By using this system, all users acknowledge notice of, and agree to comply with, all Company policies relating to the use of the system (PCG 300-399). This is a monitored system, and therefore anyone using this system expressly consents to being monitored. If such monitoring reveals possible evidence of criminal or other unacceptable activity in violation of any Company policy, including but not limited to Acceptable Use policy PCG 302, system personnel may provide the evidence of such activity to PCG management and/or law enforcement officials.
